Juan Carlos Hernandez is a former professional footballer who played as a striker for several clubs in Europe, including Marseilles. He was born on August 18, 1972, and began his career with the Argentine club Independiente. Hernandez made his debut for Independiente in 1994 and quickly established himself as one of the team's top goalscorers.

Hernandez's time at Independiente was successful, but he also had spells with other clubs such as Valencia CF, Real Madrid, and AC Milan.
