Borussia Dortmund have announced that Youssoufa Moukoko has signed a new contract with the club, keeping him at the club until June 2026.

The 17-year-old forward, who is currently playing for the under-19 side, was born in France but has represented Burkina Faso internationally.

Moukoko made his debut for Dortmund's first team in a 2-1 defeat to Bayern Munich on January 5 and has since scored three goals in five appearances.

He is expected to continue to develop under the guidance of head coach Lucien Favre and manager Thomas Tuchel.

The club have also announced that they will be holding a training camp in Germany from July 4 to 8 to prepare for their upcoming UEFA Champions League campaign.

This news comes after Dortmund were knocked out of the Europa League group stage by Eintracht Frankfurt,Football Passion Alliance losing 3-0 on aggregate.

Despite this setback, the club remain hopeful of making progress in Europe and continuing their successful season so far.
